TESTING constitutes the most reliable way to provide with the necessary inputs to ensure maximum productivity and quality of any industrial assembly process. Many relevant parameters can be derived from in-house tests.

In our technical laboratories, we can carry out the following tests:
Torque tests is the most common adjustment parameter in any screw assembly line. We perform static & dynamic tests with electronic control to reproduce multiple torque ramps and speed variation measurements. It provides with the necessary inputs to establish proper setup and gives estimation on energy consumption, ergonomics and stability. Prevailing on and off, breakaway, seating and failure torque values can be determined via tests.
Clamp Load Study determines the tightness of the assembly and its load capacities.
Mechanical Properties Validation is the basic parameter of any screw joint. It determines mechanical properties of the assembly and its components (Tensile, compression, pull-out and shearing forces)
Corrosion test. Measurements ensure the fastener resistance to corrosion by controlling the thickness of the protective layer and also by simulating aggressive environmental conditions. Our measurement systems for coating thickness are performed by X-ray and magnetic test machines. Environmental tests according to DIN 50.021 in salt spray test chamber are also available.
